These actions are before the Court upon complaint filed by the United States which seek the enforcement of an order of the Federal Trade Commission dated September 2, 1947, requiring the defendants, and other corporations named in that order, to file special reports with the Federal Trade Commission within thirty days from the date of service. The complaint also seeks judgment against defendants for forfeiture in the sum of $100.00 per day...
