Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing his complaint which charged defendant with infringement of claims 4 and 5 and 7 to 11 inclusive of reissue Patent No. 22113 for a "Drain Cleaner," and claims 3 and 6 of Patent No. 2069871 for a "Cutter Member for Cleaning Drain Pipes."
