These appellants were indicted and convicted of offenses arising under the Selective Training and Service Act of September 16, 1940, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 311, and the Regulations in connection therewith. They appeal from the judgments of conviction.

The charge against Lembo, the registrant, was for failure to notify his Selective Service Board of change in his employment...
