This is an appeal from the judgment of the lower court denying appellant's motion to amend an order discharging a bankrupt entered March 26, 1936. The facts so far as material are simple and not in dispute. In 1931, Hubert Fletcher Thomas, the appellee, filed a bankruptcy proceeding in the District Court of the United States for the District of Colorado.
