This case was instituted November 22, 1941, by the Government filing petition in condemnation. Litigating the right of the Government to condemn the tract which is part of a public park has delayed final disposition. After two decisions of the Court of Appeals and one of the Supreme Court the right of the Government to condemn is established. Disposition of the compensation to be paid for the land remains undetermined. That issue is now presented...
