This is an appeal from a judgment sentencing appellant to life imprisonment on a charge of murder in the first degree. One Campbell was found dead in a ditch in Juneau, Alaska. His throat had been cut and some $2,000, principally in $100 bills, taken from him. Appellant was indicted, tried, convicted and sentenced.
