Archie Quirk appeals to reverse a judgment of conviction and sentence for conspiracy to violate provisions of Sec. 4 of the Emergency Price Control Act, 50 U.S. C.A.Appendix, § 904, and Food Products Regulation No. 2 (9 F.Reg. 8304) as amended (10 F.Reg. 2083).
