The defendants Henry Lustig, E. Allan Lustig and Joseph Sobel were indicted upon 23 counts, the first 22 counts for violations of 26 U.S.C.A. Int.Rev.Code, § 145(b), and the 23rd count for violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 88, by conspiring to violate § 145(b), supra.
