The Government, asserting ownership of certain parcels of real estate, brings this suit to cancel taxes and assessments imposed thereon and to have its title quieted as against any tax claims of the City of Rochester and County of Monroe upon the real estate in question, and to restrain the defendants from taxing the said lands so long as they remain the property of the United States.
