The complaint in this case was filed after the denial by the Price Administrator of complainant's protest against Maximum Price Regulation No. 285 — Imported Fresh Bananas, Sales Except at Retail — and certain amendments thereto. The Administrator's action followed the recommendation of a board of review. The complainant has filed a motion for a stay of proceedings and a remand of the case...
