This was an action by Hargrove Hudson1 against the Mabee Oil and Gas Company2 for an accounting. The facts are these:

In 1933 Hudson owned an undivided one-half interest in the mineral rights under three separate tracts of land in Logan County, Oklahoma. He entered into an oral contract with J. E. Mabee, president of Mabee, in which he agreed to sell such mineral interest to Mabee...
