The Administrator of the O.P.A. seeks an injunction against the City of Charleston, West Virginia, to prevent the eviction of the occupants of certain houses located in the city in a slum area which was acquired by the City in the exercise of its power of eminent domain by judgment of condemnation rendered by the Circuit Court of Kanawha County.
