Between October 1942 and March 1943 the United States filed, pursuant to 8 U.S. C.A. § 738(a), a separate complaint against each of the five appellants and three other naturalized citizens to cancel his certificate of naturalization on the ground of fraud in its procurement. In substance the charge was that the defendant's overriding loyalty to Germany rendered false his oath of allegiance to the United States and his renunciation of allegiance...
