This is an appeal from a decree in the admiralty entered upon the petition of Anthony O'Boyle, Inc. for limitation of its liability for injuries to a scow of the Shamrock Towing Company, Inc., and to a "Lidgerwood" engine of the Fichter Steel Corporation, by the breaking of the boom upon the O'Boyle Company's "Crane No. 1," on March 19, 1943.
