This is a civil action for damages based upon alleged infringement of three patents. The earliest of these three patents in suit is the Rahm patent, No. 1,944,571, issued in 1934; next are the Scott patent, No. 2,226,326, and the Webb patent, No. 2,225,672, both issued in 1940.
