The defendant was convicted on Counts One and Two of an indictment for violation of § 207 of Title 18 of the United States Code Annotated, which contained two other counts — Counts Three and Four — for the violation of § 203 of Title 18, United States Code Annotated. The jury brought in a verdict of guilty on all four counts, but the court arrested judgment upon Counts Three and Four, and only Counts One and Two are before us on...
