Appellee, the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, United States Department of Labor, instituted this action in the court below, under Section 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, c. 676, 52 Stat. 1060, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., to enjoin appellant, H. D. Castle, who operates two portable saw mills near Pachuta, Mississippi, from violating Sections 7(a), 11(c), and 15(a) (1) (2), and (5) of that Act1
