Bruesselbach, as trustee under the last will and testament of William Kinderman, deceased, brought this action against the individual appellants to quiet the title to a portion of the Tierra Amarilla Grant, situated in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. The individual appellants and Corporacion de Abiquiu, Merced de Tierra Amarilla, a corporation organized under the laws of New Mexico, filed a crosscomplaint
