This controversy grows out of an automobile accident which occurred the night of August 29, 1943, near Pocahontas, Iowa. Donna Mae Russell (who will be referred to as plaintiff), then fifteen years of age, was a guest passenger in the car involved in the accident. The car belonged to A. H.
