These are three separate appeals from an order of the District Court, entered January 10, 1944, awarding a permanent injunction, in an action instituted by the Administrator of the Office of Price Administration, in which defendants were found to have violated the ceiling price provided in Maximum Price Regulation No. 136 (7 Fed.Reg. 5362).
