Appellants appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming that of the Primary Examiner in finally rejecting claims 1 to 10 inclusive, 12 to 20 inclusive, 22, 27, 31 and 53 of their application for a patent on improvements in a "Heat Exchange Device." Claim 11 was allowed by the examiner and claims 23, 29 and 30 were allowed by the board reversing the decision of the examiner with respect thereto...
