This civil action was brought under section 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, c. 676, 52 Stat. 1060, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., by the Chief of the Children's Bureau of the United States Department of Labor, against the bakeries' corporation, to restrain defendant from violating section 15 (a) (4) of the Act.
