Defendants were the owners of 94,500 shares of the common stock of that corporation (which consisted of 100,000 shares, par 5¢), and from December 13, 1939 were the sole directors and officers thereof. Plaintiffs and eight other employees were the owners of the other 5,500 shares, each of the plaintiffs owning...
