The question here presented is whether a certain prosecution for an offense under the Bankruptcy Act is barred by limitations.

The defendants, six in number, one of whom, David Fisher, was adjudicated a bankrupt by this Court on June 28, 1938, were indicted on February 27, 1945, under the provisions of Section 29, sub. b, of the Bankruptcy Act as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 52, sub. b, for unlawfully concealing assets from the receivers...
