This suit was brought in the District Court by Victor Blue, a citizen of Virginia, for injuries received on November 8, 1943 while driving a bus of the Atlantic Greyhound Corporation, which came into collision on a public highway of the State with the blade of a bulldozer that was being transported on a tractor-trailer truck.
