These appeals attack two orders entered in a reorganization proceeding under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq. The first, on February 10, 1944, denied the petition of the debtor, its stockholders and one bondholder praying entry of an order limiting the amounts of the claims of certain bondholders who had acquired their securities after institution of the reorganization proceedings.
