These appeals arise out of the alleged failure of the District Court to comply with the mandate of this court, which directed it to dismiss a petition of the debtor, Peer Manor Building Corporation, for its reorganization under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq. The basis of our ruling was the lack of jurisdiction of the District Court over the closed bankrupt estate. Our opinion on this appeal is reported in
