This appeal brings up for review interlocutory decrees in five suits by owners of cargo carried by the steamship Otho on a voyage which began at Freetown, West Africa, on December 27, 1940 and ended at the port of New York on January 17, 1941. The Otho is a vessel of the Isherwood design built in 1920. She arrived at the home port with 23 feet of sea water in the No. 1 hold. There was also damage to palm...
