Statement.

This appeal is taken by Mrs. Lulu J. Dilatush to reverse a judgment of the District Court in Arkansas dismissing her action for want of jurisdiction. At the commencement of the action she was a citizen of Illinois and the defendants named in her complaint, who were served with process, were her son, R. E. Dilatush, a citizen of Arkansas; H. Highfill, a citizen of Arkansas, and the Valley Credit Company, a Missouri corporation...
