We have heretofore emphasized,1 in farmer-debtor proceedings under section 75, subsection s,2 of the Bankruptcy Act, that where a conciliation commissioner has held a "hearing", pursuant to subsection s (3), and has fixed the value of the farmer-debtor's property, for redemption purposes, "in accordance with the evidence submitted", the district judge, on petition for review,
