Alexander Chaskin, doing business as Chaskin Citrus Company, filed a complaint for damages in the state court against Howard W. Thompson. Thompson filed a general demurrer in the state court and also made a motion therein to remove the action to the federal district court. The demurrer was overruled and the motion was denied.
