The United States at the request of the Secretary of Agriculture brought five actions against various lemon associations to enjoin the handling of lemons in violation of Order No. 53 issued by the Secretary of Agriculture pursuant to the provisions of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933, 48 Stat. 31, as amended and as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, 50 Stat. 246, 7 U.S.C.A. § 601 et seq....
