Louis Harjo, a full-blood enrolled Seminole Indian, was allotted a tract of land in Seminole County, Oklahoma. The allottee died intestate, owning the land, unmarried, without issue, and survived by his mother, a sister, Nellie White, nee Harjo, and three brothers, Chilley Ross, Eplumke Harjo, and Jimmie Harjo, all fullblood enrolled Seminole Indians.
