Appellees, employees of appellant, brought this action under Section 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 216(b), to recover alleged unpaid minimum wages and overtime pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of the Act, 29 U.S. C.A. §§ 206, 207.
