This is an action on a contract of liability insurance brought by Evangeliste Turgeon, the insured, against his insurer, Standard Accident Insurance Company, to enforce the provisions of the insurance policy by which the insurer agreed to pay damages for which the insured was legally liable arising out of injuries from an accident sustained by reason of insured's business operations.
