The Federal Trade Commission filed a complaint against the Zenith Radio Corporation of Chicago, Illinois, charging it with engaging in unfair and deceptive acts and practices in commerce in violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act, Sec. 5 (b), 15 U.S.C.A. § 45(b).
