PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by the defendant wife from an award of absolute divorce to the plaintiff husband on the ground of five years' voluntary separation. D.C.Code 1940, § 16 — 403. The judgment was clearly right. The facts involved are substantially the same as in Parks v. Parks, 73 App.D.C. 93, 116 F.2d 556. It is immaterial that in the present case the wife had previously obtained a limited divorce or separation...
