Appellants brought their complaint in the court below against their employer for recovery of unpaid minimum wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. The defendant, appellee herein, filed a motion to dismiss the action because the complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
