This case is before the Court upon petition of the North Carolina Finishing Company (hereinafter called the Company), to review and set aside an order issued against it by the National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter called the Board). The Board, in its decision and order, found that the Company had violated Sections 8(1) and 8(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(1, 3), by discriminatorily discharging Annie Mae Evington...
