The complaint in this case alleges the following facts: One Richardson was indebted to the plaintiff in an amount which is not disclosed. Plaintiff desired to protect that obligation. He requested defendant insurance company to issue a policy on Richardson's life which irrevocably made him the sole beneficiary. Defendant's agents refused to issue such a policy, but in lieu thereof offered to issue a policy on his debtor, Richardson's, life...
