This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment entered for the defendants on a verdict returned for them by a jury in an action in the nature of an action on the case for malicious prosecution. The plaintiff argues three grounds for her appeal. She says (1) that the court below erred in denying a motion made by her under Rule 12(f), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c, to strike certain portions of the defendants' answer...
