Ford Brothers Van and Storage Company, a Nebraska corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Ford Company), is a carrier of freight by motor vehicle. On September 6, 1937, a tractor-trailer truck owned by it, and being driven by one of its employees, collided with an automobile near Bunkie, Louisiana.
