On February 17, 1930, in the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against Leight & Company, a corporation. As far as the record shows, there was no adjudication. On July 7, 1930, the alleged bankrupt filed its petition offering a composition to its creditors.
