By this action in admiralty appellee sought to recover damages from the yacht Lady Lu, and its owner the appellant, for injuries alleged to have been suffered by appellee's cruiser Harolmi III, by reason of a collision of the two vessels. Appellant filed a cross libel to recover damages suffered by the Lady Lu in the same collision. The District Court found the facts specially, entered its conclusions...
