The petitioner, in pursuance of §10(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160(c), having found the respondent to have engaged in unfair labor practices in violation of §§ 8(1) and 8(3) of the Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(1, 3), by interfering with its employees in their organizing efforts and by discharging certain of them for union activities, issued its cease and desist order on April 11, 1941.
