This was an action brought by appellant as plaintiff seeking to recover from the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis damages in the sum of $500,000 and the further sum of $10,000 as an attorney fee because of the alleged wilful, arbitrary, capricious, tyrannical, oppressive, monopolistic and unjustifiable refusal of the bank to make appellant a loan of $35,000.
