This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court rendered subsequent to this court's mandate, issued as a sequence to our decision in United States v. Tuffanelli et al., 7 Cir., 131 F.2d 890. As will be noted from the opinion in that case, Tuffanelli and Bonarski were jointly tried upon an indictment which contained a number of counts.
