This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming a decision of the Primary Examiner rejecting for want of patentability over the prior art all of the claims, 4 to 10 inclusive, of an application for a patent for alleged new and useful improvements in a "Method of Preparing Frozen Confections."
