The defendant, doing business under the assumed name of the Ohio Shale Face Brick Company, lives in Detroit but operated a brick manufacturing plant in Mansfield, Ohio. He was engaged in interstate commerce and employed approximately 35 persons known as wheelers, setters, transfer men, shovel operators, truck drivers, general office employees, press operators and common laborers.
