Goodman is appealing from a judgment pronounced against him after conviction under an indictment charging him with conspiring with Takizawa, Nakauchi, Takahashi, Yamaguchi and Keeler to export industrial diamonds from the United States to Japan without a license, in violation of 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix, § 7011 and the Presidential Proclamation of July 2, 1940.2
